2. SIM-Only Service
SIM-only plans are monthly rolling services for eligible UK mobile numbers and supported networks. Your selected plan, network, SIM type (physical SIM or eSIM), and any add-ons are shown during checkout before card authorization.
Services are supplied through wholesale and network partners (including major UK operators). Availability and performance depend on partner networks, technical systems, and regulatory obligations outside our direct control.
3. Billing Authorization and Payments
By accepting these terms, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method monthly for your selected plan and any selected add-ons. Card details are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Charges are collected in advance unless stated otherwise.
4. Failed, Late, or Rejected Payments
If payment fails, we may retry collection. Service activation, continuation, or porting may be delayed, suspended, or restricted until outstanding amounts are paid.
5. Changes, Renewals, and Cancellation
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can request cancellation or a plan change by contacting support. Requests apply from the next billing point unless we confirm otherwise in writing. No pro-rata refund is due for partial monthly use unless required by law.
6. Number Porting and Move-Away
If you transfer or port your number to another provider, network timings and technical rules apply. If a number is moved away within the first 30 days of service, the first month charge remains payable.
We support number portability in line with applicable UK telecoms rules. You must provide accurate account and number details for successful port requests.
7. Usage, Coverage, and Network Policies
Service quality depends on network coverage, device compatibility, and third-party network availability. Usage, roaming, international calling, and add-ons are subject to applicable network terms, fair usage policies, and destination restrictions.
You must not use services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, artificially inflated, or unauthorized traffic patterns, including SIM gateway or similar call-routing misuse. We may restrict or suspend service where such activity is suspected.
8. Delivery and Activation
eSIM delivery is digital. Physical SIM delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on dispatch cut-off times, location, and carrier handling.
9. Suspension, Refusal, and Service Protection
We may suspend, limit, or refuse services where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment default, legal compliance, network instruction, or service protection. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Where immediate action is required to protect networks, customers, or legal compliance, suspension may take effect without prior notice.
10. Price and Terms Changes
We may update prices, plans, or these terms from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before relevant changes take effect.
11. Service Continuity and Provider Changes
If upstream wholesale or network arrangements change, we may migrate or transfer service operations to ensure continuity. Where required for continuity, billing, legal compliance, or dispute handling, relevant customer records may be shared with those providers.
12. Privacy and Data
We process personal data to provide services, billing, fraud prevention, and support. Payment details are handled by Stripe as payment processor. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
13. Liability and Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major network outages, national emergencies, government action, or other force majeure events.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
16. Support and Complaints
For service support, billing queries, cancellations, or complaints, email billing@numbersmarket.co.uk or call 03335777777.
If your complaint is not resolved through our internal process, you may be able to escalate to an Ofcom-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider where applicable.
